Was born on the 5th September 1960 in village Partisansk of Krasnoyarsk region. 1967-1977 - school (Norilsk). 1977-1982 - the student of Novosibirsk State University (NSU). Since 1982 employee of Institute of mining of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences ( researcher, jounior scientist, scientist, senior scientist). In 1982 has graduated from the Novosibirsk State University on a speciality of "physicist", qualification - "physicist". A theme of degree work «Numerical simulation of detonation waves», the head - Alexander Ivanovich Gulidov, Institute of theoretical and applied mechanics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science. Candidate of Technical Scienses. A theme of dissertation (thesis) «the Geomechanical substantiation of extraction of undermined ore deposits» (1994). The Supervisor of studies - Academician Michael Vladimir Kurlenya. A speciality - «Mechanics of granular medium, soil and rock».
Scientist, expert in field of rock mechanics and mining pressure. The direction of scientific research is connected with application of computer simulation for a geomechanical substantiation of technological decisions. There is an experience of experimental research of a mechanical state of rock in laboratories and mines.
The author of about 50 scientific articles. The basic scientific results are stated in following articles:

The deserved veteran of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It is awarded by a honour Sign «Silver Sigma» (2007).

Родился 5 сентября 1960г в селе Партизанское Красноярского края. 1967-1977 – школа (Норильск). 1977-1982 – студент Новосибирского Государственного Университета (НГУ). С 1982 сотрудник Института горного дела СО РАН (стажер-исследователь, младший научный сотрудник, научный сотрудник, старший научный сотрудник).
В 1982 закончил Новосибирский Государственный Университет по специальности «физика», квалификация – «физик» . Тема дипломной работы «Численное моделирование детонационных волн», руководитель – Александр Иванович Гулидов, Институт теоретической и прикладной механики СО РАН.
Кандидат технических наук . Тема диссертационной работы «Геомеханическое обоснование выемки подработанных рудных залежей» (1994). Научный руководитель – академик Михаил Владимирович Курленя. Специальность – «Механика сыпучих сред, грунтов и горных пород».
Ученый, специалист в области механики горных пород и горного давления. Направление научной работы связано с применением компьютерного моделирования для геомеханического обоснования технологических решений. Имеет опыт экспериментальных исследований механического состояния массива горных пород в лабораторных и в шахтных условиях. Автор 50 научных статей.
